Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Euro and include all taxes, Buffet & Continental Breakfast each morning and a complimentary drinks reception daily. Full Irish Breakfast is not included and costs €7.50 p.p.
• Special Rates for groups are available upon request.
• All tariffs & other information displayed on our website are subject to availability
• Generally we accept bookings for a minimum of 2 nights during weekends. However please inquire for 1 night bookings as we may have availability.
• Special Offers can not be applied retrospectively

  Charges for additional person in the rooms

• Children aged 4 and under - free in the parents' room.
• Children of ages 5-11 : 15 Euro per child / night in the parents' room.
• Persons older than 12 years of age sharing room : 25-60 Euro extra per night, depending on the room rate. Please note that when special offers are available the discount applies to the additional person as well. 

  Payment & Guarantee

• A valid credit card is required to make your booking & Payment can be made by Credit Card or Cash.
• If paying by Cash the full amount due for your stay plus a security deposit must be paid in advance or on arrival.

  Cancellations

• For reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged as cancellation fee, subject to the room resale.However if a booking is made within 7 days of the proposed arrival date, then a different cancellation policy applies (please inquire) subject to resale.Please note that group reservations (reservations made for 3 or more rooms) or reservations made for festive or Special Event dates, will be subject to specific payment and cancellation policies which will be advised on booking.

  Confirmed Bookings

• All details of a confirmed booking are final & may only be changed with prior notification & agreement with Trinity Lodge having regard to our cancellation policy.

  Check-in / Check-out

• Our check in time is 2pm onwards & check out time is 7.30am to 11.00am. However should you like to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance & we will do our best to facilitate you.
• Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Trinity Lodge does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of our lodge and products
